Scratching my face

I cannot scratch my face or put my hand to my face. My answer is, get a dressing stick, take off hook. put padding on the end. I have used mine for years now.

    What a good idea MaryL, there is a thread at the top of this forum called Simple Ideas for making life easier, please post this again on there because that way it won't get lost! I use a hairbrush to scratch my back - on the days that my hands and arms allow me to stretch that way! DD
