Travelling abroad with cimzia injections

I am going abroad soon and will be travelling overnight on a ferry. I need to take my Cimzia syringe with me, it has to be kept at 2 - 8 degrees. Has anyone done this and can they recommend a cool bag or wallet that will keep the drug at the required temperature for at least 24 hours.
