Hi, Hope you feel better soon! I personally think that when another virus hits an already compromised immune system, the two things stay around start working to together.
One thing that might help is to try and eat things high in vitiumn c. I am not a fan of suppliments,as a rule probably a good idea to check it out with a doctor or nurse first ,just! 8)0 -
Just come off the phone from my G.P, having our weekly phone consultation. And she asked how my pain was, I told her I was alright upto Friday when my hips & left leg decided to go into over drive pain, even though I still have this flu bug which has now been 2 weeks (my darling sister had it for 3 days! God I do hate able bodied people! ). And I was confinced the weather was causing the pain. My G.P said you can get flare up pain when you have flu because your body aches as with able bodied sick people but you get the same symptoms x2 !! Which I said 'Great!!' So this is my G.P's answer's to mine & a few people's question about pain & cold/flu!0
