Oh dear, been there and done that. If I feel an attack of the zeds creeping up on me then I go and lie down, pronto. It really isn't worth the aches and pains that result from sleeping in the wrong position. :( I hope that you feel a little better soon and that your neck soon returns to a better condition. ((())) DD

    Oh Val
I hope it does feel better soon
Thats one of the things i tend to do {although it doesnt seem to affect me so badly} I prop myself up to read and promptly fall asleep I wish I could do it as easily when I'm prone

    Hi Val

    oh dear poor you :(

I am hoping that a better night's sleep has helped a bit. Think this was a case of what Cris calls 'armchair duties'

Neck ache on top of it all, not very nice. I was having this problem for last couple of weeks just in normal sleeping position. so my OT recommended Duck Down pillows as you can pack them in round your neck to suit any sleeping position. Its been like a miracle cure for me NO MORE NECK PAIN virtually overnight! going to buy more for the rest of the family coz i dont want them to miss out.

I'm glad that things are easing valval, no rain here either (though it bucketed down last night) but it's very gloomy, we have the lights on. I've cancelled one lesson this afternoon but still have two left to do - which will be a struggle but they have to be done. Take care. DD

Sorry Val, coming late into this one, but just wanted to say sorry you are having such a horrible time with your neck and back.

Thinking of you and really hoping things ease soon.
