Hi all I went to my 2nd DLA appeal on Monday the 30th of april and was all set for them to say no like last time!
However they turned round and said they had to adjourn the meeting as soon I sat down, as they wanted me to have a Home visit from an independent Dr to come out and assess me at "Home" :o :?
They said that they wanted me to have more evidence to support my DLA claim but it was all good and it will go in my favor!
Slightly apprehensive as I want this to be good but don't want to get excited with the outcome!
Just wondering if anyone has had this when they went to DLA appeal at all?

Many thanks

Lisa tilypink :)

    Hi lisa

l wonder, wonder whether the tribunals are starting to notice the number of cases overturned on appeal and wanting to try to find another way to assess?? :?

Only advice l have is to make sure you have someone with you when the doc comes.

    Love and luck

    Hi Lisa

That sounds good , my nephew had a person whom had never seen him before look at his notes and he was refused .My sister in law had a terrible time trying to get his motorbility badge back , so at least some one is coming to see you and not just look at your notes .Hope you do not have to wait too long .

    Good luck
