Hiya,
I only know what each abbreviation stands for, don't know anything about the levels.
fbc-full blood count, standard test done.
neut-neutrophils, can indicate an infection and
mono-monocytes. This is to do with the white blood cells and again can indicate an infection.
Hope this helps,

just found this for you
What does the test result mean?
An elevated number of white blood cells is called leucocytosis. This can result from bacterial infections, inflammation, leukaemia, trauma, medication, or stress. A WBC count of 11.0–17.0x109/L cells would be considered mild to moderate leucocytosis.
A decreased WBC count is called leucopenia. It can result from many different situations, such as
medication, especially chemotherapy, or radiotherapy
vitamin deficiency, such as B12 or folic acid
liver disease
an enlarged spleen
occasionally in inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis or SLE
some infections
diseases of the immune system
A count of 3.0–4.0x109/L cells would be considered mild leucopenia.0 -
Thanks for all you replies on this subject. Maybe I should not even be thinking about blood results. Im sure if there was anything to worry about, the doctor would phone me. I hope!0

In my experience of these things, Elaine, they do, but not once have I ever had cause for concern when the GP has rung as I appear to know more about what is 'normal' for me as an arthritic then they do (which is understandable, I've been dealing with thi for longer than they). When my rheumatology unit rings, however, then I know that summat is up. From what you quoted there about your bloods they all look fine to me but I ain't a doc! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
