We're not docs so cannot really advise but I wouldn't think that a yoghurt would cause you any trouble. I've eatent all the way through when taking all sorts of meds and so far, so good. I like grapes too, nice a refreshing in the mouth, as is cucumber. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

    Hi Karen,

I have no experience of Co-drydamol, but with Naproxen you are actually advised to take it with food. Also, I have a stomach protector....Lansoprazole. I bought some lovely strawberries yesterday, and poured a yoghurt over them, and a few grapes. Lovely. Force yourself to at least have a boiled/poached egg, with toast. If food really becomes a problem, try the Complan sachets, just for a little while, but eat something.........Rosie...x.

    Hello Karen

Know what you mean about struggling to eat cos I am having the same probs at the moment but, with the anti inflamms you really must eat something (and I reckon it needs to be something with a bit of substance) because they can be very hard on the stomach. Yoghurt is a start but I reckon it would be better if you added something to it to bulk it up a bit. I like Rosie's idea of mixing some fruit in as well - might try that myself. My easy solution when eating is hard and I need to take my tablets is a bowl of cereal or a bowl of instant porridge because both are easy-ish to prepare and, I find, fairly easy to eat. My fallback solution if I need to take tabs and I really can't eat much, is two or three plain biscuits and a glass of milk. Hopefully you are also taking a stomach protector. Glad you enjoyed your chicken wrap and hope your appetite returns properly soon.

    Love Tillyxxx

    Hi Karen,

The yoghurt and fruit are good- I add a handful of good quality muesli or granola to add some carbohydrate. Hope you find something to appeal soon.

I have started making a huge bowl of mixed fruit, grapes, pineapple melon and strawbs( which my hubby chops up) and we keep it in the fridge. Some nice yogurt or creme fraiche over the top, its so refreshing. Keeps the bowels regular and no weight gain lol.
