I don't know if some of you remember but I asked for a supersession waaaaay back in January. Well since then I have written another 5 more times, all sent recorded delivery, all have been received.

So I contacted my MP and he wrote to the Chairman of DWP asking for a reply and why was it taking so long. He wrote on the 20th April. He has had no reply either!

So my MP and myself have just upped the anti and contacted Chris Grayling with copies of all letters etc and asking him why he allows his departments to be so poorly run.

In the meantime they have stopped my ESA, with no letter etc. not sure how I am supposed to pay for medication etc.

Let's hope Mr Grayling will manage to get a reply.

I'm getting too tired to fight on but feel I really shouldnt let them get away with this

    Hi
I remember having to wait numerous months for mine too, I cant give any advice apart from dont give up, thats what they want, although I totally understand that the way we suffer the last thing we need are fights on our hands.
chin up, boxing gloves on get back in the ring, it will be worth it in the end

Dear Fols, you are having a time of it lately!
How frustrating for you, and worrying.
I can't offer any advice, you seem to have done all the right things, and more!
I know it must be hard, but try not to get too stressed about it all, that won't help your condition.
    Thinking of you,
    Numpty

Thanks guys. I can't believe they can simply ignore people. That's so ignorant.

I won't give up, even tho I do feel like it sometimes. It's the support I get from friends at home and on here that make me keep fighting.

The whole ESA thing is a wrong and hopefully it will get sorted at some point in the future.

This government is too busy telling everyone that can get back into work whether they are fit or not...They also beleive A4E the company that the goverment used to supposedly help us back to work if in group to get that help..Well ive had it and it was pretty pathetic and then they had the funding cut, have since been investigated too for wrong doings....
I thought my politics wasnt too bad and thought it was that horrible man who was on question time last night IDS, hate his manner the way he talks down to people, but anyhow thought he was Secretary of State, but im wrong...
What else do you have to do to get a reply?I dont understand why they stopped your ESA, what can you live on? Thought you were suposed to get it even if you were appealing?
Its just not right and all I can do is sympathise and send cyber HUGS...

    Thanks Elaine,

Apparently there was a law thingy passed that you no longer get the assessment rate when asking for an appeal. I don't know how true this is. I can't seem to get an answer from the morons who answer the phone either. One didn't even know what a supersession was.

OMG OMG OMG it would seem Mr Grayling didn't like getting an irate email from me and kicked someone up the bum as I had an email from the Manager of the Maidstone office, where my post went to and has been ignored.

However he claims he called my mobile twice and left a message and the lieing **** never did. I keep the mobile on me at all times in case I fall or need help and I had no calls and no messages! Is there some way of proving I never received his calls? I would like to be able to prove it for future ammo so to speak.

Anyway he is going to call me on Wednesday when he back in work. I have told him to email me as I want everything in writing. I just don't trust any of them anymore.

We shall see what he has to say next week.
