Hi folks,a quick visit as my hands and elbows are really painful.
Just wanted to say I'm still around but I'm having a horrid flare that started yesterday.
I'm in bloody agony and I'm trying to cut the patches at the same time. Having withdrawal symptoms too. Feel like crap.
Please assume I'm around for pocket duties. I'm off for a diazepam, see if I can sleep at all.
Hope everyone is ok.
Will try pop in tomorrow

I'm really sorry you're in so much pain. I would think all the stress you've had recently
Is taking it's toll.

I'm used tip that Val. Mum is only 4ft 7.5 and she likes hitting me on the head lol
