I am feeling this on an increasing level, and in both hands. It's more a tingling rather than pins and needles and I don't know if it's summat like carpal tunnel, RSI, a trapped nerve or summat to do with the arthritis. There's only one way to find out but I cannot summon the enthusiasm to trog off to the GPs. I now regularly 'exercise' my fingers - I pretend I'm playing the piano, I soak them in the washing up water (wearing my gloves!) in the vain hope that the warmth will help but it is most of a nuisance in the night. It's yet another thing to disturb what I laughingly call 'sleep'. It's all very tiresome. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Yeah its more like a tingling too I have. Think I'll try see if I can speak to the nurse or doc although doubt there's anything that they'll be able to do.0
