Pocket Duties today please

Hi All

Seeing my consultant today @ 10.15 ............hoping to set a date for my TKR.......it can't come soon enough!

Am going to work in between this morning so will update you this evening xx

    i had my tkr 9 years ago it was one of the best things i did.

    The date is set..........24th July!
    Yes, it's a bit longer to wait than I'd expected, but in the meantime i can still work on my fitness and weight loss!

    Im sorry late again.....Im so glad you have a date , and like you say it gives you time to get in as good shape as possible, if you did want to bring it forward I think you can go on a cancellation list...

    Great news, Julia. Have they given you pre-op exercises? It all helps a lot.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Hi Sticky

    No, not been given any pre-Op exercises, I will just keep up with the ones i do now (given by physio after last oscopy!) and try to step up the pool use (sister in law's mum has an indoor pool at home)

    I think the time will fly really...... on the plus side I will be off work just in time for the Olympics starting! :-)

    its is in an annex to the house and also has Hot Tub & Gym equipment :-)

    If i could move in with her i would! :-) x
