Got sent flying yesterday by a pony trying to avoid another miserable one in the field, when I was feeding them.

She sent me flying and I slid along the muddy floor coming to a halt in a heap. Covered from head to toe in thick mud, looked like I had been mud wrestling. Pony came over and nuzzled me and let me hold on to her so I could get myself back up. She did look very contrite. She's a very special old rescue pony so I couldn't tell her off.

Upshot is tho that my back is just pure agony today and I'm struggling big time so if anyone could lend me a spoon I would be very grateful.

Thanks,

Fols x

Think I could spare a couple of tea spoons if that's any help Fols.
Thinking of you, and wishing you well,

Thank you so much. I've just had some fantastic news which has cheered me up as well. I've won my reconsideration and been placed in the ESA Support Group. Taken 5 months but finally got there.

At long last Fols! I am so pleased for you.
That should take some of the pressure off you.
    All the best,

You can have one of mine. I've settled down for the night so won't need any more. Hope you feel better in the morning.

Feeling a lot better than last night. I couldn't even get up the stairs to bed so crashed out in a drug induced slumber on the settee.

Still got raging back ache and having the shakes too so have topped up with paracetamol and an extra baclofen.

Hopefully it will wear off soon so I can move.

    Thanks for the spoons. X

Poor you, I am so sorry that this has happened. I have dug around in the drawer and all I can spare is a 1/2 teaspoon measure as I am currently under the cosh of a chest infection - I know it's only little but I hope it helps. ((())) DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

    Thanks DD. every little helps.

Pain got too bad again today so took a baclofen and went to bed for a few hours. Hate doing that on a weekend cos its the only time I get to spend with my hubby and son but it was just too much for me today.

Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
