Well after my low low day earlier in the week, yesterday was a good day I pottered around and did my excercises, I've got used to cat napping through the night now and can cope alittle better. This morning I've done my excersises already and got my stuff ready to go to Physio later time for breakfast and a shower.

Thank you for all your positive posts when I was so down they really helped I know tomorrow may be a step back but the next day will be another step forward

Hi there loovechocolate! As the U2 song goes!... Some days are better than others. I love that songs lyrics because it just explains how one day your happy and feel great and another day your as low as you can get feel like the world and his wife is picking at you. So glad your having a better day and hope the better times stay around for you for a long time!

    Heya loovechocolate,

Just remember to take each day as it comes. If you need a day of rest then that's fine, if you have a bright sunny day and want to do a bit of pottering in the garden then great.

You will have lots of downs but you will also have lots of ups. Enjoy the up days and rest in the down ones.

    Hugs x

Hello! I am glad to hear that you are feeling a little better in yourself. Convalescence can take far longer than we want or might think, and it is something that cannot be rushed. You are right in that tomorrow or the day after might be another 'flat' one, but that day will pass and the next may well be better. Remember we are always here, not only for the rough days but the better ones too. Take care, pace yourself and stay well. DD
