Thanks for your support Guys

As you said i had 45 mins with the consultant who said she can make me better , xray, and blood tests i was there 5 hours , i am on 5mg of prednisolone 4 tabs every morning reducing each week .methotexate 6 to be taken evey friday morning .and 1 folic acid tab saturday mornings .More bloods in 2 weeks and then another visit to see consultant .Crud it was such a long day i was really tired when i left , then as i could not get a parking place outside had to use hospital cp £8.00 i feel this is outrageous for patients , i would have spit feathers but i felt like crying instead .Mr fowls will come with me next time 2 heads are better than one .

many thanks too you all .

Well done for getting through it, Karen :)

The first appointments tend to be pretty daunting, so it's great that Mr Fowls will be with you next time.

I agree, £8 for parking is outrageous!

Hope you start to make good headway on the new meds soon.

    Best wishes,
    Phoebe

Glad you had a good appointment with follow up. Yes, it's always easier to remember stuff if you can take someone else but that's the first one out of the way.
