Monday we got into relaxation mode, soft music twinkly lights. and a lovely lady called Suzanne showed us some relaxation methods and a visualization. It really helped us all unwind everyone filled in evaluation sheets and we had such a good feed back. Then we had a discussion on the 5 ways to well being. this was with a man called Simon but Suzanne stayed in the session and everyone learn t a lot from each other.
On Tuesday Dudley mobility proved popular and i have booked an appointment with them as the shoes in their brochure look terrific they are mad to measure and they have a machine to tell you wear the weight is spread and they can build up the shoe. He told my i am going over to one side and i have booked an appointment. I also had a ride on a scooter. He had a few orders people went away happy.
The creative writing was hugely successful and we have welcomed a few new members to our tiny group The teacher is delighted. They had a very lively discussion and a lot of writing took place. and the donations went in the tin for the refreshments.
Wednesday was magical people came in in pain and grumpy after tai chi they relaxed and were so unpressed a tai chi class at our library was asked for and they were going to recommended it to there friends. Bridget my friend attended the class and stayed to do Indian head massage and gave out advice the ladies were putty in her hands. everyone emerged relaxed smiling laughing so so happy and were so relaxed it was magical how you saw the stress vanish from their faces.
everyone again gave a good feed back.
Today more Indian head massage my friend has new customers everyone was happy and relaxed.
Arthritis care has been there all week manning the stalls and giving out leaflets and info.
Varicare stall has been with us this a new company that does the whole package of care. Home maintenance adoptions, equipment.
cannot wait for tomorrow.

So proud of you Joanne, your enthusiasm shines through and with all the networking you have done, it all sounds brilliant. Power to you.
You must feel so excited about it all and how well it has gone, and so you should be.

Wow, Suncatcher! It sounds like an amazing week - I wish I lived closer so I could come and join in. You have put so much work into organising this and I am so pleased it is going well. I think you are due to have a forum visitor or two today?
Many congratulations from me, I think you have done a remarkable job. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Hi Joanne
What a lot of help you have got out of it, I like the sound of the shoes, apparently how you walk has such a lot to do with how Arthur can strike, its make sense really that if we are going over on our feet the hips and knees will suffer.
Has for the relaxation, it is marvellous, I havn't done one since getting Arthur but I did years ago and now I need to catch up.
Wishing you well with it all xxLove

This is all brilliant, Joanne
The creative writing bit sounds interesting – I do a lot of that myself.
Hope it's been another great day,

Hi thank you all for your support i am very tired today. The hubby has gone to the welsh show with my daughter and boyfriend so it leaves me and my son. It was on yesterday but my hubby helped me by making tea at my event i enjoyed it it was low in numbers. The football was on i believe and it was cold. I did advertise but i have been given pointers on where to advertise. I have learnt loads this week and really have got a lot myself out of it. The evaluation sheets show a very positive response. we made 48 pounds loads of leaflets went so i am pleased from JoanneJoanne0
