Hi there

Does anyone take the antidepressant cymbalta (duloxetine) for fibromyalgia? Do you find it made a difference? Do you take it with amitriptiline as well or on its own?

Thank you as always x

i take it nightly along side the 150mgs of amytriptiline, there was a brillant write up a fortnight ago in the daily papers... some took a placebo and others took
cymbalta and it was proven those taking cymbalta were doing better with both arthritis and depression (google it cymbalta daily mail) i think it was

i was given it by the pain management Dr am now taking...

amytriptiline, cymbalta, propanalol, celebrex, pregabalin ramipril, amlodopin, omeprazole, cocodamol,

after all these im still having mega hip pain and fingers/knuckles but if i stop taking them i think i would only be as useful as a chocolate teapot.....
    love and hugs

I am sure someone on here has it for the neuropathic pain she has with fibro.

    Good luck with it Sugarbuttie.
