    Hi PBS

My arm does not go dead but i get incredible pains in the biceps , when i wake up i have to lift my arm with the other hand ,does that make sence , and drag it across and drop in my lap , i find i cannot lift anything for a few hours it was days last time .Hopefully yours is just the way you have slept , but always best to get it checked out if you are worried .

    Hi Pink

If you can and your shoulder doesn't hurt.....try dangling it out of bed and swinging it in circles. It should come back to life.

    Love

I woke up this morning with both of my hands behind my head and both had gone numb. The feeling came back when I moved them about and there has been no lasting effects.

I think it must be the way I have slept.
