    They really are moving on with this awful disease, that was very interesting, I am just waiting till they licence this drug..I have already asked my GP and he say that there is know reason why I cant take it when the licence come through... :D:D so watch this space.....

    I noticed AC had put this link on FaceBook and thought it might be a good idea to post it here.

    I hope you are ok-ish. I have just mowed the lawn and done some cutting back so am nicely fatigued and looking forward to my evening meal ...when I have made it. :lol:

    Hi Elna... there was something similar in the papers a few weeks ago...thats what made me ask my GP.....I certainly got his attention, he doesn't like spending money,but he seemed to think it was a good drug.
    You enjoy you evening meal , wish I lived nearer... :D:D

    Thanks Elna.....Barbara this drug is already licenced by NICE.
    My GP wouldn't prescribe it and even said nobody in my PCT would.
    I wanted it for OP so eventually got it from the consultant....without asking. Its a postcode lottery. £! a day was just too much for my GP but it has to be precribed now. Hopefully it will eventually help the OA as well.
