Hello!
Back again! This week has not been the best I've ever had as I've been fighting of the oral thrush thing with a very sweey tasting liquid which you keep in your mouth. Also that started my arthritis off again, pains all over and feeling like poo!!! Whoops! Sorry if your eating but you really shouldn't be using your lap top and eating as it makes the keyboard sticky and yuk!!! (I think my sense of humour is back, so be worned.)
I have had a bit of a rotten week, though and I'm really glad I'm getting better, so I'm not moaning. Oh and my head has been all over the place, I turned up for my second physio appointment at the right time but wrong day - it should have been the day before.
Hope everyone is taking care and not too bad. The weather is quite nice and warm today and I sat outside for half an hour. I've had a nice restful day today and its helped a lot. Husband made me promise! Love Suexxxx

    Hi Sue

sounds like you would do well to listen to your husband! resting is good for us :D

Sorry about the oral thrush was it your meds that set it off? Hope it goes away where it came form very soon :x

I am doing ok. Neck is cross with me, but it didn't stop me going to meet joanne (suncatcher) - see thread l started for her.

Rest will help with your arthritis, but not sure about brain-fog :? If you find the cure please let me know

    Love

It may well have been the antibiotics I had for an eye infection that started it off. Also, I'd been very depressed for a few weeks and that makes you more likely to lower your resistance. Anyway, fingers crossed, I'm getting better now. I HATE that brain fog, but afterwards I have to laugh at the things I've done. LIke put the ice cream back in the cupboard - luckily it was in a plastic container!!!

    Hi Sue
Its lovely to hear from you, and I must say you do sound more upbeat, now you sitting outside will do you good, I just wish we had the weather here in the north west....but you take it easy and do things you enjoy doing and not housework, I really hope the thrush clears up soon its not very nice is it.

Thank you Barbara, I am feeling more positive, don't know why but could be that the weather has been better, well, a bit better and I don't want to let this thing control too much of my life. We had our Silver Wedding on the 2nd May and somehow it made me feel that time passes quickly and I want to make the best of it for my husband and of course  myself!!! So I'm trying to make the 'good' days better! Sounds like I'm turning into Pollyanna or a Saint, which is very far from the truth! Maybe the course of CBT is kicking in!

She looked in her book 'No you're not, you're a week early' Oops!

    Hi Sue

The oral thrush sounds absolutely horrid so hope that clears up soon....I was eating a marshmallow when read your post and laughed at sticky keyboard comment so put them away!
You sound like youre pretty chirpy and laid back at the moment...The weather is supposed to be warmer next week in most of UK so hope it does and we can all feel the suns benefits...

Hi Sue, Welcome back and glad to have your fun & GOSH back with us!! I've never (touch wood, hitting my head!) I've never had oral thrush sounds nasty and sorry your suffering with it. I always have brain freezes! I have to use the diary on my blackberry to remind me a couple of days before when I have an appointment. So I always put my appts in it.
Glad you got to sit out in the warmth in your garden, and keep up the rest and hopefully we will see more sun rather than the rain soon!
