A nervy, sickening numbing pain with soreness to touch? I get it in my shoulders and arm down to the elbow, just arther biting! Rest, warmth and painkillers, no overstretching, lifting arms or overusing yer hands/arms. a couple of weeks and things start to settle, a hot bath is heaven or a hot-wheat bag. Sleeping on my side or swinging arms when walking is all a no-no.

    Keep smiling.
