It's not like I've not done it before and many, many time soooo why am I so nervous about going to gp and having to explain my symptoms again plus discuss xrays and talk about my last (very disappointing) rheumy appointment and discharge!!! Unreal!!! I've even asked my friend to come with me for moral support  . I think my fight has gone after being knocked back 10 months (the beginning of this bloomin saga) and don't know where I go from here and wondering if its worth it.

Sorry for rant but needed a release x Dee x

My best guess is that you are nervous as you have perhaps - and wrongly - been made to feel that there is nothing too bad going on. I spent years trying to get someone to deal with my expanding left knee but at least I could see that it wasn't right which was a kind of comfort. I am glad you are taking someone with you for moral support, leave your mobile on record too, so that you have evidence of who says what. Sometimes our nerves get in the way of our understanding what is being said and having that as a back-up can be handy. It will be fine and please let us know how you get on, yes? DD
