Working after TKR

I've not been on here for a long time but came back for a nose and decided I could probably do with seeing if anyone out there can help with a few questions and queries that I'm currently struggling with - I'm not used to asking for help!!
I have had TKRs but would like to ask hypothetically whether anybody has had just 1 successful TKR and returned to full-time work of any kind?! :?: Thanks
