I am getting my next Steriod injection into the knee on Tuesday afternoon.

Really needing this done as I've been suffering for the past month or so now. My last one was in January.

Will give you all an update next week on how I am doing.

Remember to rest the joint properly for a couple of days after and I hope it helps. DD

Well I had my 2nd steriod injection into the knee on Tuesday afternoon. This time done by my own doctor.

I really felt it this time, but I think thats because it was done in a different part of my knee. I was mostly fine until yesterday when I started to have the hot flush and generally feeling sick and tearful.

However I am feeling much better today and already starting to notice a differnece to my knee.

So here's to another 3 months of being pain free!
