Finally.....

Hi folks.
Just wanted to let you know I'm finally starting to improve.
I think the depo injection is kicking in at last.
Plus this weather helps my joints ease up.
I actually went for a short stroll today
I've mainly been sitting our I'm the garden though.
Sorry I've not been online much but assume I've been there for any and all pocket duties.
Got lots we have to do before we go on our hols on saturday, so I might not be around much till then either.
However, if they have free wifi I'll be online at some point through the holiday in Spain.

I'm resting now, and I'm sure Janet won't let me be too silly..

Just been to the docs, got some diazepam for my trip..
I'm a happy chappy, now I know I can rest easy on the journey.

try not to overdo it (I know that's hard when you're feeling quite good) as you want to be at your best when you are on holiday

monthly blood test at eleven, apart from that not doing much..

Probably sit out in the sun a bit more, I'm starting to go a lovely shade of brown lol

Got steriod injection number 2 today as I have really really been suffering the past month or so.

Will let you know how I go.

The heat has been helping me too, but its damp today.

Don't go over doing it when you start to feel alittle better as much as it feels like you can!! Baby steps! well, the rain had finally hit here, and boy could I feel it on it's way lol..
My steroid injection has been great so far, hope it lasts forever.. Yeah right :roll:
For two days on the trot me and Janet have been for short and slow walks, it's hurt but I don't care, at least there is a reason for it hurting.. I've also relented recently and increased my fentanyl patch back up to fifty.. I think those and the nice weather have enabled me to do at least something after months of being laid up.. Joints are sore, but I'm happy that my muscles ache if that makes sense...
My hands, wrists and elbows are doing ok.. I'm a happy boy and it's all just in time for the holiday.
We are expecting more rain tomorrow so things might not be as good as the past few days but at least I managed what I could.

I've been to the docs and got some diazepam for the coach trip, no way I could manage it without them, even with stopping over in le frog land..

Thanks to everyone for the support.. It's a huge help.

just to wish you 'bon voyage' and to say hope you have a great break away.

What does Ra think of all this? I do hope you've laid in plenty of stocks of the fresh salmon, rump steak and double cream so that he is able to keep his appetite going whilst you abandon him!
