It's taken me hours, the kitchen looks like a scene from Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. I'm absolutely buxxered, my feet look like a couple of butternut squash, my hands like bunches of bananas, but, I've made my 27 year old daughter a birthday cake.

    Aah Sticky, sadly I have yet to fulfil my dreams of having a sous chef, and I think I had my weeks quota of wine last night!
    Oh, go on then, just a small one. Wine that is, not sous chef.

    She's coming home tomorrow, so I can relax and enjoy her company.
    She is her mothers daughter, therefore a chocoholic, so I know she will love her cake. Chocolate sponge filled with butter icing and jam, covered with CDM chocolate, sprinkled with flake and decorated with chocolate buttons and stars. Oh and of course candles.
