Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is OK.

I need some advice please. I have severe pain in my right heel which doesn't seem to be easing, I've had it for sometime now (couple of months) and it's very painful to walk on. I do have it in my left foot but not as bad. the pain is present when resting but minimally but is drastically exacerbated when I stand on it.

Any advice is appreciated

It could be plantar fasciitis, or policemans heel.
I have this and it is very painful. The Rheumatologist gave me gel inserts for my shoes which help a lot. Some days it's worse than others, but yes it feels like walking straight on bone, or having a shoe full of stones!
    All the best,
