Cold and Wet! :(

Ohhhh the cold and wet weather is back again and don't i know it!!!!!

It's taken me sooo long to get going this morning! I could see myself slowly ceasing up over the day yesterday and now im even worse today. I just feel like i don't want to move at all.

What a difference from a week ago when the weather was lovely and warm and apart from my toe healing up, the rest of my body wasn't feeling too bad!!

But today, i have a general all over feeling of stiffness and aching and slowness!! Its very depressing

Yes it's June....we should have sunshine back.
We had a little bit in the North East early this morning and I have dared to put the washing out because there is a breeze but I think it will be in soon

My husband keeps telling me that we should move to a hotter climate!

I really notice the difference with my RA when the weather is damp, it just seems to go right through you.

Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that. My rheumy told me there is no proven link between weather and arthritis but I don't believe her! It would be good to have the sunshine and some warmth but not hot. We can but dream eh? xx

we had it cold and wet yesterday but today it hasn't been too bad.
The sun did manage to shine for a while but at this moment the cloud is returning and it's looking rather black, good job it's nearly bedtime
