    Hi 7worlds

    Oh I am sorry :(

I suggest you be kind to you tonight. A hot bath or shower

Call that a moan, 7worlds - you've hardly got going :) I am in awe of anyone who copes with arthritis and still holds down a job. Mine wasn't particularly bad when I was working but really kicked off full time once my boys arrived so I never got back to the working scene.

That feeling of sickness because you're tired is horrible. Can you make things any easier for yourself, 7worlds? It sounds as if your body is protesting strongly at what it's having to cope with. I do hope tomorrow's a little easier for you.

    Hey
Thats far from being a moan.....just a little whimper
There are people that moan so much more than that.
I dont know how you can hold a job down and manage arthritis as well.
I do avon cosmetics and a lot of voluntary work but those [most of them} dont have set times like when i was working.
    I think you are great.
Just pamper yourself......hot bath, rest, early night if thats possible, and look forward to the weekend {I'm assuming you dont work then} :?: take it easy then and be good to yourself.
    Love
    Hileena

    Hi 7worlds

I know just how you feel!

I, like you, drag mysef into work every day and have to put up with moaning minnies who havent a clue what we arthurites suffer on a daily basis!
You had a little grumble, not a moan up! xx

The lady that picks me up for work in the mornings is my boss.......she sometimes sleeps poorly and boy do I know it.............the journey is icy silent and then the real moaning and nit picking starts when we get to the office!
God forbid ehs had arthur to contend with as well.............dread to think!

On the whole i think you probably cope wonderfully and this was just a little blip!

    take care xx

That's very tough 7worlds. I'm self -employed and on some days even that is a challenge even though I can sort things to suit me. I hope you have pampered yourself a little tonight and that you are now tucked up, warm and cosy, and asleep. DD

They can give you all the meds in the world but sleep is the most essential healer. Get as much as you can and I do hope you feel better soon. Aromatherapy is nice too if you can get it occasionally?

I hope it's a good week. I really do. Try to take as much rest as you need. Easier said than done, I know. I shall be thinking of you. Let's know how it goes.
