Pain relief can anybody help please?

Thank you so much stickywicket...it's very kind of you all to offer me support and encouragement on here even tho I have no diagnosis yet. I really feel like I am going mad...well more than usual :? i was in so much pain yesterday I couldnt even get in and out of my aunty's car. I think he feels that I am making it all up. I really do not want (or need) to give myself any more health problems. I don't know what else to do really. I suppose I just have to wait it out now and see what next week brings. However, I know the two new medications I will be put on next week will be suggested as the cause of the pain for the next few months. Rather I think they are masking the problem and I can't see anyway out of that. They have changed my antidepressants and other MH drugs so many times now due to "side affects" of joint pain, exhaustion etc that maybe one of those could have been the one which improved my MH. It's so confusing....
