Well as you know ive had a x-ray a bone scan and a mri on my poorly neck ,ive even been back to the hospital to see a lady who is no more qualified than a physio ,so what has she come up with ,
Yes its PHYSIO yippee (not) is this meant to help my pain and tingling in my hands ?
So im just going to go along and see what happens im going to ask to look at the letter she sent them ,
it seems to be that they take no notice of what your telling them and draw their own conclusions ,this is going to be a long prosess i fear, im of to the chiropractor tomorrow so see what he thinks :?

Heather I have been to physio regarding my neck. I was given acupuncture and shown how to keep my neck mobile. A good physio can be really useful, I hope your appt goes well.

All the very best with the physio, Heather. I hope it does help with your pain and tinging in your hands. I thought there were only 3 exercises that can be done to help with neck problems, but perhaps she is going to do other "wonderful" things whilst you are at your appointment, even acupuncture, if she is trained in that, as I know some are.

Do let us know how you go on.

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

Oooooh - I've just been given some splints to wear at night to help with the whole tingly/fizzing fingers thing and I have to go for a neck Xray. As my hands have improved over the past 48 hours I reckon the splints are doing the trick but I'll pitch up for the Xray. I am also being referred for nerve conduction tests - has that been mentioned for you? DD

I went to rheumatology last week to see a rheuma nurse about my fizzing fingers and it was she that is going to refer me. My neck feels as though it is full of rock salt - it crunches and clunks like no-one's business. I don't think I'd like a chiropractor to get his hands on it in its current condition: my masseuse returns from her hols soon and I shall book a session with her - she makes a wonderful difference to the neck and shoulder area. Please let me know what your GP says, yes? I hope he agrees that it might be a good idea! DD
