Hi there everyone.....
I have just been informed by a friend that apparently "CHERRIES" expecially dark cherries and cherry juice are GREAT for arthritis pain & gout.... they are apparently a natural anti-inflamatory....
I was a little sceptical at what she said, but having googled this, seems as though she is right.....!!
Guess I'm going shopping for cherries & juice tommorrow, as I need all the help I can get... It's definately worth a try.....

Never knew cherries - were so good for you....
Been googling certain "health food" shops, they sell cherry concentrate and capsules... and as a bonus they are also very good for the heart too....
BONUS.....
And thanks for all the other "fruity tips..."hugs freesia xxx0 -
Yep, I can see how they would help as they are rich in anti-oxidants. Blackcurrents are also good too.Life is just a ride. Up and down, round and around, thrills and chills, very brightly coloured and very loud. But don't ever be afraid, because it is just a ride.0

I can't afford cherries at the moment at such a ridiculous price but I do drink cherry juice every day and have done for years ; does more good than the cherries themselves as it's kinder on the wallet ! Jillyb0

Oh yes i can gaurentee it works one of the best remodies i have tried
Cherry Brandy with a drop of port ports still fruit and you get one of your 5 a day.
Ok its also good with cheese crackers and some good 60s music.
First of all put your music on this will get you in the mood
Whils listening make up plenty of cheese crackers.
Get your bottle of Cherry Brandy bottle of port and a half pint glass, Now pour 100mls of Cherry brandy and add 50mls of port I had a 30 year old bottle of port i was saving for a special occation but when you hurt from head to toe and you get a little fed up its a special occation. Now if your a little on the wimpy side you can try a dash of coke with it.
Listen to all that old music the songs tgat meant so much to you the ones you danced to ah ah the ones you made love to the ones that remind you of so many things in the past. Consume at least 7 of the drinks whilst eating the cheese and crackers and listening to the music. It may be a good idea to have some tissues ready. After asbout the 4th cd and the 5th drink you will become a little melincolly thats when you need the tissue and by this time the food will be gone after the 5th drink a;ll thoughts of RA will be gone, bonus you will get a good nights sleep.
