After struggling all week with extreme fatigue, the pain in the old hands,feet and back is creeping back. Going on hols soon and worried a horrible big flare is on the verge of turning up to spoil my fun. So, going to docs for a nice big steroid injection on friday. This isnt normally an enjoyable experience for me, so all company appreciated.

    i will be there for you. im thinking its intramuscular so they are quite quick - just take a deep breath and relax. chill with the moment.

    if its in a joint well i have never had one of them so i will be peeping out your pocket watching. just dont move or jerk around and all will be well.
