What do you do cristinac47? To get home around midnight is pretty late, do you spend much of your time on your feet? Is there a chance you can sit from time to time, to help rest your joints a little? DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

If your manager has said it's OK then point anyone who criticises you towards them. To be on your feet for so long is detrimental to your joints and will only make things worse. Have you thought about using knee supports every now and again? They can be very helpful, I used to buy mine from the chemist for about £8 each. They are not to be used for hours at a time as your muscles weaken but they can be helpful in short bursts. DD

Could you ask your doc to refer you for podiatry and maybe get some insoles?? Horrible when your feet are hot and sore.

O I got some cooling gel from a local supermarket near the heat gels...and it is very soothing once you actually get home.
