gas safety check

Reading thru the letter about our annual gas safety check it states on the reverse of letter that "if you cannot read this letter please contact us on" :shock: words fail me.Mig

    It's amazing how many 'official' documents have wording to that effect but how else can you tell someone who can't read to ring a number? It's an age-old dilemma. Mind you I think it is equally impossible to teach someone how to interpret their gas bill! :) DD

    there is a large sign pointing to the blind school in Leeds.. I often wonder who it's for :? lol
