20th wedding anniversary and a party to plan...

Hi
Today is our 20th Wedding anniversary. Mr NB has given me a lovely big bouquet of flowers, and I had a rose plant in a glass planter delivered from a friend. We were hoping to go away for a few days to celebrate but due to recent aches and lack of energy, we decided to postpone, and we have planned a party at home this weekend.
The party will be lovely, but it has grown from a few friends, to friends, family, and thanks to Mr NB some neighbours too!! Arrgghh! Not sure if I can cope, but will give it a good try!!
My Mum has treated us to a buffet for the party as a gift, so less work there. (thanks Mum). I am off work for a few days now so will do a bit of cleaning each day.
I am having acupunture to try to relieve neuropathic pain from my back. Unsure if working yet, but pain not really improving. My `good` hip is getting worse, but I am trying to keep moving as much as I can to keep the muscles strong.
So the plan is to party away my aches and pains. I will let you know if it works, and if it does we should all ask our GP`s for parties on prescription!!
Take care all
NB

Hi
Thank you for all your messages xx
Oh no! Did your invites not get through the post??
We had a lovely meal out with the kids last night, so no cooking!
Today is cold and dull up here, and my bones are complaining. I have more physio today, and acupunture. So hope that will quieten them moaning old bones down.
I am hoping for a bit of sun on saturday so the children can run around in the garden, well, just no rain would be good!
I am also waiting for a new sofa to be delivered today. Can`t wait as it is a bit higher and will be easier to get up off.
If you are coming , bring a bottle!!
