Well folks I have asked the DWP to reconsider placing me in the WRAG of ESA. It's been a month now and still no word from them. Today I got a letter "inviting" me to attend an interview at the local job center! Even though I have had no examination, the so called medical expert has stated that I will not be returning to work in the long term, but still I got placed in the WRAG.
What on earth will this interview do for me I wonder? I can't use my hands, stopped driving, it feels like a severe tooth ache all through my body. What annoys me is that we know people who are playing the system and getting away with it! The Humira and Meth are not working, just getting by on Arcoxia and Tramadol, and what a combination that is! Has anyone else been to these interviews at the job center? Any way, that's my winge for the day. Have a good one.
Den.

I received a letter from job centre about 3 years ago asking me to go for an interview about work possibilities . I said I'd happily attend , assuming wheelchair accessible . It wasn't , 2nd floor , stairs only ! As I'm registered disabled and my hubby is my full time carer it was all a waste of time and energy . Jillyb

I've never had to go through this, Den, so I cannot help. It seems ludicrous that we have to defend ourselves so vigorously about being ill whereas the cheats and scroungers waltz through the system without a second glance from anyone. What do they know that we don't? :? All I can do is wish you well and I hope the twerpie jobsworths pay attention to what you tell them. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
