well some good news for a change from myself, I have had a letter this morning from the DLA appeals court, that the appeals officer has revised the decision on my case and that a new decision is a more favorable one! :D

Phoned them up and they said I've won my case and that DLA will be in-touch shortly to confirm my payments and what band I'm on! :o

Please don't give up peeps, keep pushing even if it feels Ur not getting anywhere, twice I was turned down and as they say 3rd time lucky for me , plus had a Dr come out and visit me too to do a report also.

Thanks for reading, just got my ESA appeal to go now, if it is't one thing its another in it!

That's great news. My wife and I are currently going through the process and it does look bleak at times.

Nice to know appeals can go in our favour.

    Well done. :D

Fabulous news, it is a great feeling, I remember from last year after the endless months and letters, reports, more letters, second reviews.............ahhhhhhhhhhh. Anyway, made up for you and not a one of us should give up the ghost with regards DLA or PIP or whatever it is called now.
