especially the left hand and wonder if this could be due to the Spondylosis in my neck?
I have oestrophytes growing and wonder if they could be pressing on a nerve?
I have tics/twiches in all my limbs and the bottom of my right eye which seem to be a Spondylosis related.
Best joke I ever read, "With that information and a diagnosis of spondylosis, your doctor can develop a treatment plan‏" or back in reality totally ignore you. Is ok I have a sense of humour and a boxing glove, not defeated yet.

    Hi Poweron,

I get that and in the legs as well at times. I have advanced spondy in the neck and lumber and they tell me thats whet the tremors are.

Its best you run it past your gp though and I hope the neck isn't too painful today. Hey nice to met you. Cris x

    Hi Cris,
Thank you middling sore today not too bad, hope you are good.
I have been a little bit of a chicken and have kept away form Doctors as much as possible as I have a terrible history of medical blunders!
Got to the time when I am having to face up to this and get things sorted.
Not a good place to be for any of us, but this forum is a gold mine of info.
An ENT specialist used the "degenerative" word and it keeps popping into my head in a bullying way, am determined to fight back.
I have an appointment with my gp in a few weeks time and plan to get value out of that appintment, just have to make myself sit still and not run away.

Hi I have a tremor and get myoclonic jerks in my right arm and legs. I have cervical spondylosis, worn discs in lumbar and inflammatory arthritis and a few other things.

I never know what causes what!!!

Speak to your doc, there are meds for the tremor I believe. Its annoying, I spill things and can't get things to my mouth. When the jerks are bad I can't write or walk. I hope yours are not as bad, I can sympathise.
