Oh Pink I do have a dislike of car doors...for one I cant lean over and shut the thing....if its windy they blow shut and trap my leg before I am in properly...not done the shoulder yet thank goodness
I hope its not too painful....put some ice on it if it is x

thanks Barbara. I spoke to nhs direct yesterday evening and they have told me to make sureI take my naproxen and tramadol and to see my GP if it doesn't improve.
