I'm really struggling to find things to do with my oh which are AR friendly. I thought that if I started a thread, and others replied, I might get some new ideas
At the moment we:
Play scrabble sometimes
Watch TV/ box sets together
What do you do with your OH which is arthritis friendly?

We go for walks, taking the wheelchair so that I can walk some and ride some.
We watch some TV - cricket, rugby, newsnight. Sometimes go to cricket matches.
We visit our adult children for a few days - or weeks. (Mr SW is retired.)
We visit friends for meals and have them back here or go to a restaurant together. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Walk. I walk as far as I'm able then we park me on a bench whilst he carries on at a faster pace with his camera in case he sees things that'll interest me.
Socialise with our friends.
We often cook together.
Talk.
Crosswords etc, etc.
All sound pretty mundane but whatever you do if it's shared that's the main thing.
