Nerve conductivity test tomorrow

Hellooo,

If any one fancies popping in my pocket tomorrow afternoon i would be grateful got my appointment for the nerve test on my hands hopefully it wont be too bad :shock:

Is this the carpal tunnel thing? It's not so bad, just a weird sensation.. And it is over with fairly quickly too.

Hi Rose, I know, long time no see me, thought I would pop in. I will be there with you. I had this test a couple of months back, as tony says, strange tingling, but not painful, makes your muscles jump a bit in your hands and arm. Soon over with. Hope all goes well. XX Bubbles

Thanks hun, I could not miss my duties any longer, although I feel a bit like a new kid at school again. Mine do to, but they jump a bit more when they plug you in. Don't worry, it isn't into the mains socket. Let us know how it goes, they can usually tell you a rough idea of the results at the time.

I won't go into details about the last few months, but, I am doing as ok as possible. You take lots of care. XX Bubbles

Thanks for the pocket duties

no problem with the test just made me jump a bit and laugh

the lady was really nice and said it was to rule out certain things eg carpal tunnel she hinted that i hadn't got that but couldn't really say! so i got to wait until i see rheumy again...... i have ultra sound scan 27th july and then wait for app for rheumy :roll:

glad that the carpell tunnel test was clear..
I'm waiting for xrays and ultra sound on the hands, wrists and elbows, then back to the rheumy lol..
We can compare notes

They did my feet as well... got a bit of neuroprathy that end so hardly felt a thing but still passed
