….get down to an Asian market asap. The Pakistani Honey Mangoes are in season - and it’s not a long season - but these are the kings of Mangoland. They are nectar and ambrosia combined. They have more flavour and juice than any mangoes you’ve ever tasted and are best eaten with no-one else around, in old, waterproof clothes, while hanging over the sink.

And a friend has just brought me a box of five!
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Cor! Never 'eard of 'em but they sound wonderful. Ipswich is a cosmopolitan place but no Asian markets. If you have a thing for sauerkraut however you're quids in.

    My dad used to remark 'Where mangoes womangoes too.' DD

    They sound Scrummy we have plenty of Asian supermarkets, i will pop into Morden this afternoon .

    i am off to find a Asian market i love Mangoes..
    OH going to his footie club this afternoon
    so i will eat them then :mrgreen:

    better wipe the juice off my lips as he likes them and all..

    well maybe i will save him some :wink: :?:

    Sticky thanks for this...I am very luck to have a Asian neighbour....and every now and then her parents come loaded up with food so she shares it with us....I will put my order in... :D

    I'm Sorry i only got as far as the chinese cafe :lol: , if i finish the bibles early tonight i will pop into the shops , i was looking forward to those Mangos and your special guide to eating them :lol:
