well have been around the chemists in town and found a mouth guard that should help you heat it and mould it to fit it smaller than sports one so should be able to keep in mouth with out gaging as still getting awfull nerve pain so fingers crossed got to get around to heating it will let you know you get 2 in pack for £25.90 so far cheeper than dentist val
