HI
Sorry not been on much not been at all well between RA and bowel Im feeling pretty rough and trying to rest to give a chance of enjoying my hols. (ala wheelchair   :?
I had a shock as I opened my mail I had the dreaded brown envelope following filling in my ESA form and was expecting a date for my medical to find I have been moved into the support group  so my payments are being reinstated from last month so I now have an income again . Not even a medical and I was all ready for an appeal this time..
Am I being cynical in thinking they are just giving in til PIP comes in???? seems alot on here have got in to the support group recently. I am very pleased though as at present my OH is struggling with getting work in as the banks are not lending so clients cant afford their extensions or new builds so this will be a welcome albeit small amount.
On the side of my meds I havent heard from the hospital re desensitising me to the tocillizumab at all, I get the impression its not going to happen. I havent got a typical allergy so apparently its harder to sort if its not??? In the menatime Im getting worse Im back to crawling up the stairs and sliding down them. And Im braless as theres noone in to help me fasten it  hopefully no delivery men today   and my vertigo is back again I cant turn my head to the right without my whole world spinningeven laid down.
Hope everyone is having a good day

Hi Theresa
I think it's GOOD news!
I think PIP is set to replace DLA not ESA (probably wrong there) so well done
Love

Frog is right, PIP is to replace DLA so hopefully this change won't affect you. You have been granted the ESA and that is a good thing - well done! I hope everything else is sorted somehow and soon. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi Theresa4
I'm newish on this forum but soo pleased you have got into the support group and without the stress of appealing etc. it will also good for the new PIP assessment.
Sorry your having such a bad time at the moment but with rest and no 'attractive delivery men' to distract you I hope you enjoy your holiday.

I'm doing a little 'Tony' dance for you. Getting into the Support Group is really good news, I think they are finally realizing that some of us DO need to be in it.
I shall keep my fingers crossed and hope everything else starts to slot into place properly too.

That's amazing news! Just don't go burning yourself out! When do you start sweetie?0
