How often do you have to fill medical questioner in when on ESA is it every 6 months or 12 months.

    Sorry, can't help at all but bumping this up in the hope that someone can.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    hi, with ESA you have to have a medical every 12 months and the form is part of it.
