Any tips on controlling it? I have always overheated very easily, I rarely wear a coat and I feel uncomfortably hot when others are fine.

At the moment I am actually tempted to take an ice pack with me everywhere I go lol

Anyone else have this issue?

My particular flavour of arthritis is yet to be confirmed

Me too. My bosses laugh at me because I wear a t-shirt in winter while they have coats and scarves on. Lately, it has been very difficult working because I feel I am going to pass out. I'd love any tips on cooling down.

I would love to feel cold. I swapped our 4.5 winter feather duvet for a 2.5tog cotton one (the excuse? It's June 22nd, it's bl**ding summer) and yet we still have a fleece blanket at the foot of the bed. Come 5am he's huddled under the pauper's (his word) duvet and 'blankie' - I'm naked and slick with sweat. Men are warmer than women? They might be if the women concerned ain't arthritic. DD
