Jus saying Hi after my absense for a bit. Have needed some air and after just coming back from Switzerland and having that am back 8)

    Yes the air was fresh , the food gab and the altitude had a great effect on my sleep. Other half didnt sleep great though, had opposite effect, strange...

    Babara u need to go , its amazing, we saw Nutcracker, Alpine Chough, Crested Tit, Red and Black Squirrell, Marmots etc etc, if any of you wanna look at some pics pm me andI will send link. xx

    Have had busy few days since being back. Have seen consultant and have a plan, wont bore you tonight but it is a plan and am positive.

    Welcome back, sounds like you had a good time, my back garden seems to get 100's of birds! they all seem to congregate on the hawthorn bush! And they are a great (but annoying) alarm clock if we leave our windows open all night!
