Hi Everyone, Have just got back from my hols. Hope you were all keeping as well as you could while i was away. Had a fab time and the lovely sunshine really did help the old joints. Also managed to fall outside the spiderman ride in universal, giving about 60,000 people a lovely view of my undercarrage. Been hobbling about ever since but dont think ive done any permanent damage except to my street cred! Looking foward to catching up with you all. xx

    Welcome back 7worlds. I'm glad your joints have benefitted from the sunshine (Remind me again what that is) and well done on entertaining the crowds but don't go too long without getting the ankle checked out if it doesn't improve.

    Maybe we should start an 'injury list'?
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Thanks Numpty and Sticky. Oh dear, Numpty. There must be something in the air. I landed on my knee, Sticky. Thankfully im not back to work till Thurs so hopefully it will be ok by then. Its funny how there has been a few of us that has suffered the same fate. Quite spooky!! :shock:

    Thanks Val and Dee. There was indeed a full moon, Val. :o Thankfully it was a different country so at least no one knew me. 8)

    Hi 7worlds Glad you had a good holiday except for the fall! I found the USA was very 'up' on being disabled friendly! And you come back to this dreadful weather!

    Hello 7Worlds, I am glad you had a good time and I hope that you are recovering from your fall. I think it's easy for us to take a tumble, especially when we're somewhere new. I have to concentrate when I'm toddling along rather than taking in the view! Rest up now and good luck with returning to the 'real world' on Thursday. DD
