Hello all,

Just saying hello. I was diagnosed with Arthritis in both hips when I was in my early 30's and now in my mid 30's, struggling more than ever. Looks like I am getting this in both my knees too

Hoping to get a few tips and understanding as I have been too proud to accept my problems until now where pain and problems has given me a wake up call. I will be posting up war and peace in the living section shortly.
