Hy
My Physio mentioned a massage roller may be good for me, I have very tight muscles on the outside of my thighs.
I just wonder if anyone has used such things and what might be the best type. They are cheap on a certain internet shopping site.

Hi Steve, my mum bought me one and I find it very uncomfortable. I am fortunate in that one of my neighbours is a sports masseur and she comes and deals with me when required - have you thought about that as an option? She is able to adjust her touch and pressure according to how she 'feels' my muscles are responding and she knows when 'enough is enough'. She blumming hurts at first tho! I know I am very lucky having her so near but I do recommend sports massage to others. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
